Bryan Smith Homes has three websites, the original, which was launched in 1996, and two mobile friendly websites, which were both launched in 2012. The original website is operating on an old windows format that has become very dated so it will be undergoing an makeover at some point soon. It is not responsive like the two newer websites are, which were also created as part of that company’s SEO optimization, online presence. Each of these three websites have the basic SEO package for a local market and still provide pretty decent search engine results with some of the desired search terms. The SEO implementation was done in 2012 but are still providing some 1st and 2nd page results. For a while, the original website was ranking at the top of the first page of Google result for search terms like, “Dallas Home Builders” and “Dallas Home Builders” and “Luxury Home Builders Dallas,” but ongoing SEO maintenance and new implementation is part of the long term 1st page ranking success.
